Project Research Analyst
What you will be doing：
- Conduct In-depth Crypto Rating Reports: Connect with cryptocurrencies projects, conduct deal diligence work, records tokenomic and project essential mechanism, analyze on chain data, evaluate risk and advantages thoroughly, and finally, provide crypto rating reports to projects.
- Dive into the Market and Dig Golds: Discover new and good quality crypto or blockchains relevant projects on the market in time. Classify them according to our projects criteria and record them into the currenct database as accurately and comprehensively as possible.
- Maintain our listed projects, make sure tracked projects update frequently and the trading data is accurate. Supervise abnormal data using our website and tools.
- Research blockchain protocols and understand blockchain projects to tease out market insights for our users.
- Conduct institutional-quality seasonal research, in the form of reports, articles, and threads on opportunities in the crypto space.
- Work with SQL and BigQuery to analyze large amounts of data and create custom queries depending on the needs and inputs from project teams and customers.
- Show Your Work to the Team: Stay up-to-date with the latest cryptocurrency trends and share your new research result or new projects with the research team periodically.
Basic Requirements:
- Strong interest and desire to learn about cryptocurrency and blockchain.
- Hold a Bachelor‘s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, Quantitative Analytics, Statistics, BA, Computer Science, Economics, Econometrics, and Psychology-related majors (except for those with a strong interest in Crypto).
- Self-motivated and Passionate about New Things, with strong curiosity and willingness to participate in early and interesting industry.
- Result-driven and Strongly Responsible: Have strict requirements for work quality, and driven by the final results of work. Motivated by responsibility and solid capability.
- Analytical and Logical: Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills. Comfortable working with SQL; Good at problem-solving and asking questions.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Preferred Requirements:
- Metrics data solving experience preferred.
- Previously blockchain protocols researchers with your clear research results preferred.
- Previously doing research and data jobs in the finance industry like brokerage, venture capitals, investment banks and quantitative funds etc. (Better provide your performance result)
- A Master’s Degree in the above mentioned fields.
- Product-driven mind preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, a team player who enjoys thriving in collaboration.

Research Content Editor
What you will be doing：
- Provide Solid Crypto Contents and Bring Organic Growth: You will edit and produce high-quality cryptocurrency relevant content (including but not limited to: articles, research reports, rating reports, etc.) with the primary objective of growing organic traffic. The type of content you produce must be comprehensive, unique, and simple to understand. You will work with other research analysts to deliver the high-quality content mentioned above. The job requires professional editorial capability and a relatively general understanding of the cryptocurrency industry.
- Be a Crypto Market Chaser and Transform the Most Interested Info into Our Style: You need to deeply understand TokenInsight's product positioning and style. You also need to have the ability to find and dig up the latest trends and market news and transform them into our own style. You need to deeply understand the details of the topics we choose to produce. Be personally involved in the crypto space as the details will be critical during the editorial process.
- Stay Close with Our Subscribers and Users: Collect feedback from our readers and users, and conduct user preference reports to help us better understand our uses.
- Show Your Work to the Team: Stay up-to-date with the latest cryptocurrency trends and share your new research result or new projects with the research team periodically.
- Plugged-In: Capable to conduct cryptocurrency projects, tracks, industry research, and analysis contents independently (research articles or reports).
Basic Requirements:
- Have 1+ years of experience in editing, research content producing, or reports writing. Bonus if you're personally involved in cryptocurrency and/or financial markets.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field. Crypto enthusiasts have priority, and Finance, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, Quantitative, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Econometrics and Psychology related fields have the priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- Want to be an editor at heart with a passion for producing easy to understand research articles.
- Result-driven and Strongly Responsible: Have strict requirements for work quality, and driven by the final results of work. Motivated by responsibility and solid capability.
- Analytical and Logical: Have the ability to transform complex things into easy words, meanwhile revealing its essence. Have the ability to translate data into insights.
- Passionate about new things, with strong curiosity and willingness to participate in crypto and blockchain industry.
